As children overseas start school at the age of 5, we allow an early grade 1 start, provided the children are school ready.

 

To prepare and in accordance with the above, we also accept  three to four year olds who are ready into our Sub A/Grade R classes.

 

All the children in the Preparatory School handle Engllish Language and Literature from grade 1, to grade 6, and they also all handle French, Sign Language, Mathematics, PDP (Personal development), Worldwide Perspectives, Science, Music, Computers, Art and Design, Physical Education  and Swimming.

When they start in the Collegiate, in grade 7 and 8, they continue with the preparatory subjects, untill June of grade 9, when they chose the subjects that they will handle for their year 11 and  12, examinations for Universiity/College/Employment purposes. They all handle English, French, Mathematics, Worldwide Perspectives, Music and PDP, and chose from the electives , Physics, Business, Chemistry, Music, Economics, Biology, History, Accounting, Art and Design, Religious Studies, Afrikaans, Geography, isiZulu, and Analytics.
